As 2012 comes to a close, we wanted to recap a few highlights from this past year as well as give a BIG THANK YOU to our customers! Your dedication, support and trust allow us to continue to partner with you to provide industry leading software to help run your business.
We consider our team a family and the same goes for our customers. Some of you have been with MKS since the start, that loyalty is greatly appreciated! We will continue to deliver and exceed all of your expectations as we move into 2013!
2012 MKS Highlights
- Creation of the Implementation Department - David Peralta and his team make sure that you have all of the necessary resources and training available for new as well as existing customers.
- IssueTrak - The Support Central team introduced IssueTrak to streamline the process when contacting the Tech Support department
- New Website - We launched our new website in Septemeber. It provides a fresh, clean look and overall clear message of what MKS has to offer
- MKS University - MKS was up and running for a full year. We had some amazing training webinars and will continue to improve on these resources for 2013
- New Phone System - An internal improvement to better service our customers
- Staff - We had changes within our Executive team by promoting Luis Ortega to Chief Technology Officer. We also made some great improvements with our programming, support, training, sales and marketing departments
